Tokyo In Tulsa Manga Contest

1. Anyone, of any age, may enter.
   
2. Sign up begins 4pm August 1st, 2008.
   
3. Entries must be received by 10am August 3rd, 2008.
   
4. Each entrant will receive 3 sheets of Manga Artist Paper.
   
5. All Artwork and Writing must the work of the entered artist and original. No tracings, re-colorings, or copies of anyone else's artwork.
   
6. All entries must be rated PG-13. Excessive profanity or sexual themes will not be accepted.
   
7. Artwork will be on display for the duration of Tokyo In Tulsa.
   
8. Entries will be judged by coherent story-line, artwork, composition and overall impact.
   
9. Prizes will be awarded for Grand Prize, First Runner-Up and Second Runner-Up.
   
10. Judges reserve the right to award honorable mention when appropriate.
    
11. Artwork may be picked up Sunday, August 3rd, 2008 between 4pm and 6pm.
