ENTRY INFORMATION

This contest is open to all ages and runs strictly for the duration of Tokyo in Tulsa, July 15-17, 2011.

How This Works:

1. Locate the Artist Bazaar Registration table (hint: it’ll be on the second floor)
2. Fill out your entry application (please print legibly)
3. You will be given 3 sheets of Manga Artist Paper (your palette awaits)
4. Turn in your completed entry (sweet success)

Times You Need to Know:
Sign-Ups Begin – 4pm Friday, July 15th
Entries Due – 10am Sunday, July 17th

Special Points to Note:

• Our theme for Tokyo in Tulsa this year is WORLDS | COLLIDE, so take that and run!
• Use only ONE SIDE of each sheet of manga paper – it’s automatic disqualification if you don’t!
• Once an entry has been received, it will be displayed for the duration of the convention.

Judgy McJudgerson:
Judging will take place before noon on Sunday, July 17th. Entries will be judged on:

• Coherent Storyline
• Artwork
• Composition
• Overall impact

You Really Like Me*:
Winners will be announced during final ceremonies – 5pm Sunday, July 17th. Prizes include:

• Grand Prize – $50, 2012 Sakura Pass, Convention Swag
• First Runner-Up – $30, 2012 Regular Weekend Pass, Convention Swag
• Second Runner-up – $15, Convention Swag

All artwork may be picked up Sunday, July 17th from 1-3pm unless other arrangements have been made prior to that time.
