Tokyo In Tulsa will be held entirely in the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Tulsa. The hotel can be found at 616 W. Seventh Street, Tulsa, OK 74127-8983. You can find the map to the DoubleTree here and driving directions can be seen here.
Convention Rates
The Doubletree’s Convention special for the weekend of Tokyo In Tulsa 2010 is $94 per night. In order to take advantage of our special convention rate, head over here. Just click Book A Room, fill in the dates and preferences sections and hit Continue. From there you will be able to select which type of room you would like for the weekend. Complete the remaining steps to finish your reservation and a confirmation number will be emailed back to you!

Parking
For those of you who are driving into Tulsa, here is a list of parking lots. Some of the lots are pay-to-park and some are free during the weekends. Curbside parking is free for the weekend starting at 6pm on Friday.
