The Doubletree’s Convention Special for the weekend of Tokyo In Tulsa is $97 a night plus taxes and parking.  This special room rate ends July 5, 2012.  If you would like to book a room please go here.  The code is TOK.  You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card to book a room.

Parking

For those of you who are driving into Tulsa, here is a list of parking lots.  Some of the lots are pay-to-park and some are free during the weekends.  Curbside parking is free for the weekend starting at 6pm on Friday.
