Collectiable Card Gaming Schedule for Tokyo in Tulsa 2011

Okay ladies and gentlemen it is time for me to reveal to you the Collectible Card Gaming schedule for this year.

This is how the schedule is going to go.


Friday, July 15 2011

2:00pm-6:00pm: Open trading for any and all games.

6:00pm: Taking signups for the Draft Tournaments of Magic the Gathering, and Legends of the Five Rings.

7:00pm: Magic the Gathering, and Legends of the Five Rings start the draft tournament. Take about 30 minutes to draft cards.

7:30pm: Drafting for each of the games should be finished. Take about 30 more minutes to construct decks and getting the pairings setup for the first round.

8:00pm: First Round for both Magic and Legends of the Five Rings draft tournaments begin. Each round should take about 45 minutes for each round. The number of rounds will depend on the number of participants.

Midnight, July 16 2011: Depending on the number of participants we have, there should be either wrapping up the Swiss Rounds and preparing the finals cut.

1:00am, July 16 2011: Finals should be completed by this time. Clean up should start at this time.

1:30am, July 16 2011: Collectable Card Gaming Areas should be closed.


Saturday, July 16 2011

9:00am: Signups begin for the Standard Legends of Five Rings Tournament. (Talk about early registration issues?)

10:00am: First Round begins for the Standard Legends of the Five Rings Tournament.

11:00am: Legend of the Five Rings Impromptu tournament can start.

Noon: Magic the Gathering Impromptu tournament can start.

1:00pm: Poke'mon Impromptu tournament can start.

1:00pm: Lunch Break for the Standard Legends of the Five Rings Tournament

2:00pm: Return from Lunch for the Standard Legends of the Five Rings Tournament

6:00pm: Finals for the Standard Legends of the Five Rings Tournament starts

6:00pm: Signups begin for the Standard Magic the Gathering Tournament

7:00pm: First Round begins for the Standard Magic the Gathering Tournament

11:00pm: Finals begins for the Standard Magic the Gathering Tournament

1:30am, July 17 2011 Collectable Card Gaming Areas should be closed.


Sunday, July 17 2011

10:00am: Signups begin for the Poke?mon and Yu-Gi-Oh Standard Tournaments

10:30am: Signups begin for the Secret Dead Game. (Showing their RSVP message)

11:00am: First Round begins for Poke?mon and Yu-Gi-Oh Standard Tournaments

11:30am: First Round begins for Secret Dead Game.

3:00pm: Finals begins for Poke?mon and Yu-Gi-Oh Standard Tournaments

3:30pm: Finals begin for Secret Dead Game

5:00pm: Collectable Card Gaming Area should be closed.

Yes that is right you see something called secret dead game. If you want to take part in the secret dead game then you need to PM me and I will let you know what the game is so you can get ready for the game. And we will work on the getting the RSVP message ready for you all as well.

just about anything that wants to start can start from there.. i have that time open for if players show up late and miss the first tournament then we will not leave you all out.

I enjoyed the tournament that happened this year! Probably the best thing that happened at the con.
