Art Auction
All artwork entered into the Art Auction should be original works or fan art and not a reproduction of any copyrighted image.
PRICING
Each 8′ x 30″ table or 2′ x 7′ vertical panel is $10. For every piece of art donated to the convention charity, you may purchase a table or panel for $5. 100% of the proceeds from donated artwrk will go to the convention charity.
REGISTRATION
Tables and/or panels can be purchased at Artist Services in Exhibit Hall A beginning 7:30am on Friday, July 10th. If you would like to complete the registration beforehand, the form can be downloaded here. Also available for your convenience are a Bid Control Sheet and Bid Cards.
GUIDELINES
Allowed: any form of 2-D and 3-D work will be accepted. Please be aware that any artwork that contains nudity, excessive violence, or other adult themes will be displayed in an 18+ area. You will be responsible for purchasing a space in that area.
Not Allowed: Pornographic images/anything depicting sexual acts will not be allowed. Art that is plagiarized in any way will not be displayed and finally, artwork that is not properly mounted will not be accepted.
All artwork will need to include a minimum bid price as well as a Quick Sale price. Artwork with 3 or more bids will immediately go to auction on Sunday, July 12th from 1-3pm in Panel Room A.
All Art Auction proceeds will be available after closing ceremonies on Sunday. All unclaimed art will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form.
