ENTRY INFORMATION

Rules!

• All artwork must be the work of the entered artist and original. No tracings, re-colorings or copies of anyone else’s artwork.
• Limit of three (3) entries per person.
• Digital art requires original sketches and/or original working files along with a final print.
• Artwork may be of any size or medium.

Deadlines!
Entries must be received by 6pm Saturday, July 16th at Artist Bazaar Registration and will be on display for the duration of Tokyo in Tulsa.

Categories!
Any form of 2-D and 3-D work will be accepted from the following categories:

• anime/manga
• japanese themes
• anthro
• fantasy
• sci-fi

Age Groups!*
Entries will be placed into the following three groups based on age:

• 12 & Under
• 13 – 17
• 18  & Older

Prizes!
In each age group:

• Grand Prize – $50, 2012 Sakura Pass, Convention Swag
• First Runner-Up – $30, 2012 Regular Weekend Pass, Convention Swag
• Second Runner-up – $15, Convention Swag

Winners!
Winners will be announced during final ceremonies – 5pm Sunday, July 17th. Once the convention is over, they will then be posted in the Tokyo in Tulsa forums.

Do Nots!
Original fan art will be accepted as long as it is your artwork and not a reproduction of a copyrighted image. Pornographic images or anything depicting sexual acts will not be allowed. (A good rule of thumb is that if it’s questionable, then you probably can’t show it.)

Display!
It is a good idea to have your artwork neatly mounted. Simple mat boards make an excellent showcase for your art and make displaying it much easier.  Although entry forms will be completed, it is a good idea to have your name, address, and email/contact number just in case.

Judging Guidelines!
Judging will take place before noon on Sunday, July 17th. Artwork will be judged on:

• Composition
• Originality
• Technique
• Overall impact

Art Pick Up!
All artwork may be picked up Sunday, July 17th from 1-3pm unless other arrangements have been made prior to that time. Any artwork that is not picked up becomes the property of Tokyo In Tulsa.
